Nice!!! Love the red especially. That really resonates with me. Yummy!!!
What am I up to?!? Well I'm goofing off online when I should finish packing for the two workshops we're teaching at the Art & Soul retreat in Portland.
So I guess it's time to get off my duff and get busy huh?!?!? And it will be fun connecting with so much creativity. And I'll get to see Alicia while we're up there. It's been a while.
I like all of these very much! There is so much to be said for going with the flow, flicking paint for fun, (all right brained antics!), and then reining it in with a little left brained suggestion! (To be welcomed, or not!) It's my process, my truth & I'm sticking to it!
Just wanted to say what a lovely job you've done on your collab with Cat. Stunning work! Took me a while to click it was you (I remembered the Merlin's Musing blog name) and then I saw that stripey fabric! Anyway...you knocked my socks off! Great job:)
WHAT A SIMPLY (SIMPLE) FUN BLOG POST! Sometimes I give mine too much thought! I just came from Caterina Giglio's blog and I had to comment -- loved your swap from the heart. I just couldn't get enough of it; like ice cream, I scraped the bottom of my bowl and still wanted more. My cup of tea I guess. Very imaginative and loved the story -- Aren't we all story tellers. You are a good one. So keep inspiring you're touching more than you know. Terri
Hi Kim I've just arrived from Cat's blog where she has posted your swap - it is such a creative work of art.

Way to go Kim! Alicia was doing the same over at her blog. Great way to free up the style and have some fun.
Oh and thanks you sweety for the lovely comment over at my blog: re the collage.
PS. YES!! Feeling much better. I was terrified I was going to be in it for the long haul! Thank god, I wasn't!!
I like the play of colours and texture: simple but very effective.
